We make every effort to ship orders the next day after the order is placed. On rare occasions, items may be out of stock. If this happens, we will contact you for further instructions.

We are currently shipping by USPS Priority Mail.  We have found that our shipments are going almost everywhere in the continental US in 2-3 days.  The system will calculate your postage based on weight and distance.  This is what we charge you.  We do not add handling charges to your order.

Please be sure that the “Ship To” address entered is accurate and complete to insure prompt delivery. We will notify you by email when we ship your order and will send you a tracking number.

Local delivery--if you are in the New Braunfels/San Antonio area, we are happy for you to come by and pick up your items.  Just mark "local delivery" on the shipping when you go to check out.
